Possibly her children are involved in something less mindless than Cable TV and it is not that the mother cannot afford Comcast but that she chooses to have her children engaged in activity (they are on the floor engaged in some activity) rather than using TV as a baby sitter. After all, she is active, exercising, and a pole is far less expensive than drinking beer or smoking Camels.
