At what point in your life do you look at the shovel in your hand working its way back up to your mouth and say ENOUGH. Id give anything to see the OB-GYN staff's faces when they walked in and the Doc looks at her in the stirrups. You know shes a sicko since she allowed herself to be photographed that way. I always like digging out the different kinds of Junk & Gunk from the belly button of women this big. Gets a little greasy.
