Teacher at Tooele High School in Tooele, Utah, arrested in 2006 for allegedly having sex with two male students, ages 17 and 18. The mother of the 17-year-old boy said her son's grades dropped from straight As to barely passing in the wake of the activity, and he no longer participates in sports. In January 2007, Baird was sentenced to undergo a 90-day psychological evaluation at Utah State Prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of forcible sexual abuse. Her judge was Mark Kouris, the same jurist who came under fire for giving Cameo Patch, another teacher at the same school, no jail time for performing oral sex on a 17-year-old male student.
