Special-education teacher in Howard County, Md., arrested in February 2007 for alleged sexual activity with a 15-year-old boy on New Year's Eve 2004 and in January 2005. Court documents indicate the boy told police the pair chatted online when Kinley asked him if "he was a virgin and then asked him to have sex with her." He also said Kinley warned him not to tell anyone about their discussions or their planned activity. She was charged with two counts of third-degree sex offense, two counts of fourth-degree sex offense and two counts of solicitation of a minor.
